Schedule an appointment and Please bring in your estimate information or fax it to 781-641-1753.
Please remove all personal items from vehicle including trunk, this will save time spent moving and storing these items while repairs are performed.
If you have rental coverage, or you would like to rent a car the day of your appointment, please notify office personnel and we will schedule a reservation with the local rental car company. They will ask you for a license and credit card, please have them handy.
Please bring in any keys for locked items such as trunk,wheel locks,spare tire locks,roof rack locks,etc and any remotes for alarms. Also alert us to any kill switches that the vehicle has.
Please write down all your radio stations in case the battery is disconnected. We will be happy to reset them for you.
At Vehicle Drop-off:
Please have Deposit, insurance papers and all keys and remotes with you. Also license and credit card if you are renting a car.(Deposit is the amount of estimate....insurance check or personal check)
Come in to the office and sign the necessary documents. We will review estimate with you and verify the deductible. Please note that the insurance estimate is usually written for 50% of the actual damage, in most cases a supplement is required.
Please fill out customer sign in sheet complete as possible, leaving your email address will allow us to email you pictures of work in progress, leaving your fax number will allow us to fax you all documents that we fax to the insurance company.
Vehicle Check-In:
Pictures will be taken of your vehicle when it is dropped off and a check in sheet will be completed. We will record damages on car, mileage, amount of fuel, and any obvious problems with vehicle prior to us working on it. We also record any vital information such as options, paint code, and production date to insure correct parts are ordered. One before picture of damages being repaired will be posted on this website along with status.
Repairs Begin:
We order parts per insurance estimate and we begin disassembly.
We access any unseen damage and begin a supplement with insurance company. The insurance appraiser has three business days to view vehicle. (at this time repairs are on hold until viewing by insurance company)
After appraiser views vehicle he/she has 24 hours to fax to the repair shop a copy of completed supplement. After receipt of the supplement we order any other needed parts. We continue on repairs at this time. Please note that if any other damage not included in the insurance supplement or not visible the time of viewing or any aftermarket parts that do not fit properly may require a second supplement if so, the above process is repeated.
Repairs are Completed:
When vehicle is completed and all documents have been received from insurance company, you will receive a call from our office personnel and a time for vehicle pick up will be set. One hour prior to pick up, vehicle will be cleaned to pre-accident condition. Office personnel will also inform you of any outstanding charges due at time of pick up.
At Pick-up:
When you arrive to pick up vehicle, we first present the car to you and show you the results of all the work performed. We make sure you are satisfied.
The office personnel explain and finalize any charges due.
